This is a great place for a family gathering
First off the owners and staff were very friendly and if the rating was just based on that I would give them 5 stars. But since I'm rating the campground it does not get a five star rating. The campground is very small and the site I was in even smaller. You could not have your canopy out and have a campfire at the same time. The swimming pool is decent sized but was not working at the time of our stay which was a deal breaker since we have young kids. It's a nice place for older adults who want to stay for long periods of time but for young families wanting a fun filled weekend get away it's not for you.
Electricity outlets for each site. Cable tv hookups for trailers. And there's a swimming pool as well.
First things first. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. They will invite you to hang out with them at night around the fire ring and they will help you with whatever you need help with to their best knowledge and capability.
